- When arriving for your appointment send a text or call and I will meet you at the doors. If I am still with a client when you arrive there is a waiting area and will be with you for your appointment shortly. And thank you for being on time!
- If we are doing polish or nail art please send me a picture of your inspo before/after booking the appointment. You have until 24 hours before appointment to make any changes to color, design etc.
- When booking an appointment I will call or text you to confirm appointment. A card on file when booking is required or deposit.
- Kid, pet, and work friendly ,but is a private shared space be mindful and respectful of the people and work area around you. If making a call please use headphones.
- Snacks and drinks are complimentary!
- Sugar scrub , body butter, and short massage are included in all services!
- Jet free pedicure bowl that is cleaned and sanitized per state requirement.
- I don’t specialize in ingrown removal.
- I don’t cut live skin.
- The health of the natural nails is most important so at home maintenance and being consistent with booking your appointments out is key!

- Regular polish is guaranteed for at least 7 days of wear.
- Gel polish is guaranteed to last at least 10 days of wear.
- After 7-10 day a nail fix will be $3 per nail due to grow out requiring fill soon at that point and is not my fault.
- 2.52% processing fee if using card , cash payments excludes this.
- No refunds
- Prices reflect cost of service, sales tax is not included.

- If 15 minutes after your appointment time you are not here you are considered late. I will send you a text and call you to let you know we have to modify your apportionment if time allows. If you do not reach back by the 20 minutes mark you are no showed your card will be charged and your appointment will be cancelled.
- 24 hour cancellation , Ex: If you book your appointment for 6/2 at 12 p.m. and need to cancel / change appointment you would have to by 6/1 12 p.m. I understand emergencies and last minute things happen; I only ask please keep open communication with me. If failed to do so your card on file will be charged and your appointment will be canceled.
